For examinations governed by Ministerial Decree 509 (D.M. 509), examinations relating to degree programmes that are no longer active, and all elective courses for which no official exam schedule has been published, students are required to contact the course lecturer directly to arrange the examination date.
Students must also submit a request by email for the activation of the online exam session at least 15 days prior to the scheduled examination date. The email should be addressed to the online exam officers and must include the following information:
- The exact name of the course (in the subject line of the email)
- The Degree Programme
- The student ID number
