For examinations governed by Ministerial Decree 509 (D.M. 509), examinations relating to degree programmes that are no longer active, and all elective courses for which no official exam schedule has been published, students are required to contact the course lecturer directly to arrange the examination date.
Students must also submit a request by email for the activation of the online exam session at least 15 days prior to the scheduled examination date. The email should be addressed to the online exam officers and must include the following information:
- The exact name of the course (in the subject line of the email)
- The Degree Programme
- The student ID number

Students registered for exams are invited to check their institutional email for any communications and/or information that lecturers may send after the registration deadline.
Gli studenti iscritti al Corso di Laurea in CTF che provengono dal Semestre filtro potranno accedere alla prossima sessione di esami di maggio, normalmente riservata agli studenti del V anno e Fuori Corso, per sostenere le discipline del primo semestre.
La prenotazione agli esami sarà possibile solo dopo la validazione da parte della Segreteria, che dovrà verificare il possesso dei requisiti necessari.
Gli studenti interessati, nel periodo attivo di prenotazione (da 15 a 3 giorni prima dell'esame) devono :
• contattare via e‑mail la dott.ssa Giusy Scarfì (gscarfi@unime.it), Responsabile della piattaforma Esse3 per il Dipartimento ChiBioFarAm
• indicare chiaramente la disciplina per la quale si richiede l’iscrizione all’esame e la data d'esame come da Calendario esami 25/26.
