To submit an application for exemption from the compulsory attendance requirement in duly justified cases (pursuant to Art. 6 of the Teaching Regulations of the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology – CLM in CTF):
- Complete the attached application form.
- Send the form to the Coordinator of the CLM in CTF via protocollo@unime.it, attaching:
- a copy of a valid ID document;
- where applicable, copies of supporting documents (e.g., a medical certificate) attached to the application;
- a declaration of conformity to the original for the copies of the attached documents (sample form attached).
Applications for exemption from the attendance requirement must be submitted only after the course is recorded as “not attended” in the student’s Esse3 account, i.e., at the end of the teaching activities and after the lecturer has transmitted the list of attending students to the Student Office.
